Turn off autorun USB
Turn off autorun on USB Drives in windows XP and prevent USB viruses

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
2. Under Computer Configuration, expand Administrative Templates, expand Windows Components, and then click Autoplay Policies.
3. In the Details pane, double-click Turn off Autoplay.
4. Click Enabled, and then select All drives in the Turn off Autoplay on box to disable Autorun on all drives.
USE REGISTRY
Click Start/Run Type regedit
find registry key subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\
interchange NoDriveTypeAutoRun value into value which depend on the feature you want to disable.
Autorun is also known as AutoPlay. The following table shows the settings for the NoDriveTypeAutoRun registry value.

Just Disable Simple File Sharing in Windows XP
1. Open My Computer from the Start Menu or Windows XP Desktop. A new My Computer window will appear.
2. Open the Tools menu and choose the "Folder Options..." option from this menu. A new Folder Options window will appear.
3. Click on the View tab and locate the "Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended)" checkbox in the list of Advanced Settings.
4. To enable Simple File Sharing, ensure this checkbox is checked. To disable Simple File Sharing, ensure this checkbox is not checked. Click inside the checkbox to alternately enable and disable the option.
5. Click OK to close the Folder Options window. The settings for Simple File Sharing are now updated; no computer reboot is required.

How to use alt key codes
Alt key codes are great if you like to code by hand and can save a lot of time once you memorize a few. In FrontPage you can always choose Insert and then Symbol.
Hold down the alt key and use the number pad on the far right of your keyboard to type out the 4-character code. When you release the alt key, the character will appear.

The Character Map is similar to the Insert Symbol tool found in some Windows applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft FrontPage.
To open the Character Map utility Click on the Windows Start menu, on the lower left of your screen. Select Programs » Accessories » System Tools » Character Map. (OR click Start, Run, and type Charmap).
After choosing a font, double click the desired character(s), click on Copy, return to your document and paste.
NOTE: On some PCs, the Character Map may be in another location under Accessories or the Start menu.
